Fill out Form 8 to request an updated, replacement, or marked PwD EPIC.
Note: If Shifting of residence is to a new assembly constituency (AC), please fill form 6.

TV debates were and still are not accessible to deaf and hard-of-hearing people due to a lack of live subtitling of live debates.
